Kobe Bean Bryant or "The Black Mamba" has a world-record of 38" vertical leap earning the title "Slam Dunk King". Bryant is the shooting guard of Los Angeles Lakes in the National Basketball Association but during his rookie years, Bryant was the youngest to play in the National Basketball Association but that did not stop him from doing his best. Initially, Bryant only has limited playing time but as the season continued, he began to get more playing time. At the end of the season, he already averaged 15.5 minutes each game and earned the reputation as a fan-favorite and high-flyer in 1997.
Bryant is best known for his dunks. A lot has been said on the Kobe Bryant Dunks. For one he has a video showing his top five dunks of all times, one has shown when Bryant put down an awesome 360 degree on handed dunk on a fast break against the Minnesota Timber Wolves, one was against the Hornets when Bryant has thrown down a sick double clutch reverse, and one when Bryant finished off the alley-oop pass from Fisher at the same time showing his hops and dunking over NeNe during the Playoffs in 2009 to name a few. Bryant has become one of the best players in the basketball league, both on the offensive and defensive side of the ball and because this, he is oftentimes favorably compared to the legendary Michael Jordan.
Bryant, received his first NBA scoring a title in the 2005-2006 season with an average 35.4 points in a game and again in 2006-2007 with a 31.6 average. Aside from being the NBA Slam Dunk Champion in 1997 has also received several awards in his name such as being the NBA Champion for four times, NBA Finals MVP for 2009, NBA Most Valuable Player in 2008, 11 times NBA All-Star among other awards.
