VertFreak 101 Review

The VertFreak101 is our Top Rated vertical leap program to date. Developed by a guy called Adam Linkenauger, it is one of the 'less hyped up' training VertFreak 101 Programprograms available to download online. In fact Adam has quite a background, having initially come from track events, as a 7 time ACC high jump champion, to then becoming a winner in the National Powerade Dunk Contest.

So, what is it about VertFreak that makes it so special, what do you get for your money and why should you buy it.

The program consists of:

  • 350 pages of training advice
  • Over 180 instructional videos
  • Detailed 12 week training programs
  • Coaching from Adam and his team
  • Interactive forum with fellow jumpers

In it's description on the VertFreak 101 Website it is said to be 'software'. This is clearly not the case but is slightly different than other eBooks in that it's more interactive, so that it incoporates the accompanying exercise videos.

Bonus Materials
This is one of the first programs we've found where the creator isn't trying to bribe you with additonal FREE Bonus materials. The program is good enough with any extras!

 

The first thing we liked about VertFreak, apart from its unusual name, is the fact that it covers the core, and PROVEN, principles of improving vertical leap without resorting to too much technical mumbo jumbo. Like any good program it covers; warming up, recovery, squatting exercises, nutrition, stretching and cooling down and of course jumping technique.

One of the other unique plus points this basketball jump training program is that it can be adapted to how you improve during the 12 week training cycle. In fact there are over 300 variations of the 12 week cycle which means you can really 'fine tune' your training to get even more from your vertical leaps.

 


When it comes to the nutrition part of the program Mark suggests you use a technique called Intermittent Fasting (IF). This is an eating routine that alternates between a period of fasting and non-fasting. It's not clear to me exactly how this works to improve vertical leap but it clearly does work and as long as it doesn't affect your health then it's worth trying.

Another MAJOR plus point of VertFreak is that every exercise in the written book comes with an instructional video. This is perfect for when you read how the exercise should be performed, and then use the video to ensure you have understood how it should be done and that you are doing it correctly.

And when it comes to getting value for money from a training program it's a major bonus if you can email the creator to ask for clarification or additional help and advice. And this you can do with VertFreak. Mark is always available to help with your queries and is very supportive in making sure you get the most from VertFreak. This attention to supporting his customers should also be atken into consideration when buying any vertical leap program.

There's no doubt you'll improve your vertical leap with this program and with the personal help and support of the creator, Mark Linkenauger, that improvement will be massive and long lasting.
